So this bloke rings me up, asking if I wanted to submit an application, right? When I started asking how the application actually worked, he suddenly got a bit funny with me. I told him no thanks in the end, but then he went on about blacklisting me if I pulled out. I just told him to go ahead and cancel it then because that didn't seem right at all. Hope no one else gets caught out by that sort of nonsense.

Scam alert! These folks pretended to offer loans but insisted on payment upfront. Guess what, info from loan apps is getting leaked and sold to these con artists. Be careful!

Got a call offering me a £7,500 loan but they said I had to start a direct debit of £750 first, then they’d deposit the cash. Yeah, right! They keep ringing but I just leave my phone on silent so I don’t have to deal with those muppets. Honestly, don’t believe a word they say. I reckon they’ll get bored calling before I do.

They claimed I could get a loan of £5000 at 9% APR, but when I checked the repayments, it didn’t even total the full £5000 owed. Felt dodgy from the start, surely some kind of scam.
