I called this number because my computer was acting up and seemed to freeze everything in its tracks. I found a number that claimed to be from Microsoft and, after granting her access to sort out the issues, I became increasingly wary. My alarms really started going off when she attempted to sell me some firewall protection - a major red flag! Take my advice and steer clear of what I did; I generally exercise caution in these matters. She introduced herself as Ava, but I've got a feeling that wasn't her real name. I’ve already reached out to Microsoft for clarification and will be reporting this to the police as well.
