I received a rather unsolicited call from a so-called law firm, claiming to inquire about a recent accident. The thing is, I haven’t had any mishaps whatsoever! I politely declined, only for them to ring me back a staggering six times. I did pick up the first two calls; during the first, I thoroughly reiterated my stance and requested they cease their incessant calls. Then, during the third call, I was met by a manager who quite rudely told me to 'shut my mouth'! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, and it should not be tolerated. They've since tried four more times, but I've decided to let them go to voicemail.
