It seems like they're all of Asian descent and potentially working from home. It's quite possible they're related in some way, perhaps even part of the same family unit.

It appears that the entire team is made up of individuals from Asia. I can't shake the feeling that this is all part of a family-run con. Honestly, they ought to be behind bars for this.

Received a call from an unknown number, and they were looking for a person I've never heard of. Instead of clarifying, they launched into a tirade, calling me an idiot and swearing at me. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother answering again!

I received a phone call from these individuals, and I've decided to file a report with the police due to their harassing behaviour. They claimed that I had applied for a loan via some broker-something I absolutely did not do-and they threatened to deduct £299 from my bank account for what they referred to as "wasting their time." Utterly disgraceful scammers, if you ask me!

So I got a call from them, saying I supposedly took out a loan through some broker - which I definitely never did. They even threatened to charge me £299 for ‘wasting their time’. Honestly, it feels like pure harassment. I’m not having any of it and reporting them to the police. Such a bunch of dodgy scammers!

I recently received a rather unsavoury call from someone hawking loans. I politely declined their offer, to which the bloke responded with an absolute barrage of expletives. He went as far as to insult me, suggesting some rather inappropriate things. It was all quite shocking, to say the least! My recommendation? Just block the number and steer clear of any further calls. Save yourself the hassle!

It appears this might be a fraudulent operation. I'm seeing others mention they’ve been asked to fork out £299 just for the inconvenience of attempting to secure a loan. What a shambles!

Absolute crooks! They're peddling PPI reimbursements yet demanding a cheeky 5% upfront. Don’t fork over a single penny! In fact, why not just block them entirely?

I recently received a phone call - did they manage to withdraw any funds from your bank account?

Received a call earlier today from some chaps claiming they had my banking information. Apparently, because I refused to take out a loan with them, they want to hit me with a £299 fee for wasting their time. They even threatened to slap a CCJ on me if I don’t cough up. Utterly dodgy behaviour if you ask me-there's no way I’m handing over a single penny to these scammers!

So they told me to buy a £50 iTunes voucher, but instead they ended up taking £50 from my bank for some loan thing. Now they’re asking for £5,000! Is this for real or just a scam? I’m not sure if I should even bother getting the iTunes voucher.

I was approached with a proposal to obtain a £50 iTunes voucher, but instead, they withdrew £50 from my bank account under the guise of a loan, promising me £5,000 in return. Does this sound like a scam to you? I'm a bit wary before I go and purchase that iTunes voucher!

I would like to comment on their cancellation policy - it’s absolutely ridiculous! There’s no justification for them to charge a cancellation fee, so steer clear of paying anything upfront. It’s just daylight robbery in my opinion!

Those wretched scammers are nothing but a pack of thieving rotters! Honestly, just let them know you’ll have a right go at their mothers and might even end up providing them with a few half-siblings-imagine the chaos of triplets!

I just received a call informing me that I was liable for a £249 cancellation fee. The person on the other end was incredibly impolite and unhelpful.

Got a call from this number, they said I could get a £1000 loan but had to pay £99 first for some kind of insurance. Then outta nowhere, they asked for another £149, this time for legal fees. I stupidly went along with it and paid up, but never got the loan. After that, they tried to get me to shell out another £175 for a solicitor. They call themselves Startup Loans but it's a complete rip-off. Total scam, avoid them!

I must warn you that this outfit is nothing but a scam. I'm employed at Loans2Go, and I've come across this firm masquerading as multiple loan companies, including us. It's best to steer clear of them entirely; do not engage. If they reach out to you, consider letting them know you'll look up their details and get back to them using the number on their official site. Whatever you do, do NOT send them any money. A credible loan provider would never request an upfront payment to secure a loan. We’ve already flagged this to the fraud department of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Absolutely a total con! I fell for their tricks and paid the initial instalment of £125, which was foolish on my part. Then they insisted I cough up another £140 for insurance - again, I went along with it, thinking I was on the path to securing a £3000 loan. But surprise, surprise! That never materialised. I’ve since tried to reach out to them for a refund, but I'm still in limbo, waiting for a response. I've also flagged them with the fraud insurance bureau. Seriously, do your homework before handing over any cash, so you don’t end up in the same boat as I did. It’s a bleak reminder that trust is hard to come by these days!

I must warn you, this outfit is nothing but a scam! As someone employed by Loans2Go, I can assure you that they are masquerading as numerous financial institutions, including our own, among others in the lending business. I urge you not to waste your breath on them. If you encounter these fraudsters, let them know you'll be researching their company and will return the call via the contact number found on their official site. Under no circumstances should you send them any funds! A reputable loan provider would never insist on upfront payments for loans. Stay vigilant!

I received a phone call from these folks today, and I mentioned that I've decided against taking out a loan. They then claimed I would face a £199 fee to cancel, but I've neither signed up for anything nor confirmed my interest; I merely made an online enquiry. Does anyone have any idea if they can legitimately withdraw money from my bank account like that?

I received a call today claiming I was entitled to a refund of £6675 for some supposed point of interest. They insisted that I first needed to pay a tax fee of £375 to access this refund - what utter nonsense! I strongly advise against sharing any bank information or personal details with them. I hung up without hesitation!

WATCH OUT FOR THESE CON ARTISTS!

They’ll spin you a yarn about being approved for a loan but insist you need to cough up some cash for insurance before anything happens.

I foolishly handed over £100 to them, and now I’m fighting tooth and nail to get my money back.

Caution is advised when dealing with these folks! They’re asking for payment upfront for loan insurance, which raises a few flags. Just a heads up - they’re not a lender or broker by any means. Typically, loan applications are a lot more complicated and time-consuming, and remember, simply purchasing insurance doesn’t mean you’ll get that loan approved. Stay vigilant!

I recently sought a loan and ever since, I've been bombarded with unsolicited phone calls. Finally, I took the plunge and picked up the phone. To my utter shock, a chap on the other end informed me that they would be deducting £200 from my account for what they claimed was a fraudulent application. I was so taken aback that I yelped and hung up straight away. Now I'm left worrying about the potential charges that might appear on my phone bill due to this con. I've made a vow to steer clear of any online applications in the future - these third-party firms are an absolute shambles!
