They were asking to talk to the owner regarding our electricity bill. I told them the owner wasn’t around on this number and said I had to check on Who Called Me to make sure it wasn’t some kind of scam before giving any details. They just hung up. The reviews all say it’s a scam. Not a car accident or HMRC this time, but now electricity. Great job again from Who Called Me!

It's a massive scam, that's what they are! My advice to everyone is simply to end the call and disregard any further calls from this number.

just got a call from this number, they wanted £25000 and said i was approved. i told them i’m unemployed with no income and still got the go ahead. when i asked where they got my info, they hung up. bit annoying really cause i wouldn’t mind the cash to track them down. bloody dodgy lot. always seem to be asian callers too.

I was fortunate enough to receive a return call today from a particular number, and thankfully I wasn't subjected to any abusive behavior over the phone. The person I conversed with identified herself as Claudia, claiming to represent Uktrust Loans. I'm relieved that I took the time to read through all the comments beforehand and never agreed to pay the upfront fee of £110 for their alleged insurance. I have already been deceived by another company who contacted me from a withheld number, but on email, they refer to themselves as Trustloans with the contact number 0161812156. I strongly advise against using either of these companies, as they are both scams!

The customer service experience was completely unacceptable. I requested politely over the phone to the lady that I didn't want any future phone calls from the company. Instead of acknowledging my request, she continuously insulted me, telling me to be quiet and calling me names like a freak, while even suggesting that I needed to get my life in order. I received a phone call today from someone who claimed to be from Amigo Loans. They informed me that if I didn't pay £50, I would be blacklisted for five years and unable to get any loans at all. I refused to comply, and the person said "listen, honey." Of course, I didn't fall for it. I asked for her name and department, hung up, and immediately reached out to Amigo and the broker. Our concerns have been acknowledged, and now it is under investigation as it seems to be a clear scam. Let's put an end to this swiftly - shut them down!

Today, an individual dialed my mother's phone number. After putting her on hold, I decided to take the call. I inquired about the company's name, which happened to be UK Trust Loans. Curiously, I asked the caller how they obtained my mother's number, considering she hadn't applied for any loans from them. Instead of providing me with the details I requested, he obstinately declined. At that moment, I calmly informed him that I would report his actions to Offcom. In response, he rudely told me to go away and abruptly ended the call. It is safe to say that their customer service skills leave much to be desired.
