This is definitely a scam. At first, I thought it might be true because they had some of my (outdated) information. However, as soon as you start questioning their approach or request to speak with their manager, they become flustered and abruptly end the call. Don't fall victim to this deception.

I also received a call from Paul Simon! I wish I had seen this information before purchasing the paysafe cards... The realization only struck me when he requested the PIN number. Now, I have to deal with getting a refund for the paysafe cards. It's better to go through that process than losing the money.
