He then went on a lengthy tangent regarding some PPI claim. When I kindly informed the caller I wasn't inclined to engage, he responded rather inappropriately, telling me to “shut my mouth.” Naturally, I requested to speak with his supervisor due to his unacceptable conduct, but he flatly refused. When I pressed him for the name of the company he was representing, he again told me to “shut my mouth” multiple times, then absurdly claimed he wasn’t actually representing any company at all, just calling for a chat.
