Received a call from someone claiming to be with O2, but their accent was so thick I struggled to catch what they said exactly - sounded like “biometric” or something similar. They offered to help lower my phone bill, but I wasn’t interested. I told them I wasn’t going to continue and ended the call straight away. Felt a bit dodgy, like it could’ve been a scam or phishing attempt. Have blocked the number now.
