I have a strong suspicion that this phone number is linked to a fraudulent call centre operating out of India, and they're pushing some sort of HMRC scam. I received a call from them today, and they tried to intimidate me with threats of legal action for alleged unpaid taxes! Firstly, I can assure you that isn't the case. Secondly, it's clear that this number is not affiliated with HMRC at all.
