Got a call from this number, someone who didn't speak English properly saying I owed money. When they asked if that was right, I replied, "You should know better since you’re the one calling me about this debt." Then they snapped, "Are you stupid? How wouldn’t you know if you owed money?" We went back and forth a bit after that, but it pretty much felt like trying to argue with a brick wall - rude and swearing at me for no reason.

This number has been ringing me up quite a few times, and the bloke on the other end actually knows my name, which is pretty creepy since I don’t have a clue who he is. He’s used loads of different numbers to call, mostly in the afternoon but once even on a Saturday. I know the voice now, so I just cut the call straight away, though it still unnerves me. I reckon he’s figured out how to spoof the numbers so he can keep calling without being traced.
