Somebody rang me saying they were from O2. I asked a couple of questions to check and he insisted he was with O2. So I asked him to give me the account numbers for my kids' plans that are connected to mine. He couldn't answer. Then he tried, in quite poor English, to convince me he could knock 40% off my bill. When I told him I’m just on a SIM only plan paying about £7 a month, he just hung up. I’ve blocked the number now.
