Having received numerous calls from this number, I finally chose to pick up the phone and ask them to cease their incessant ringing. I made it clear that I was on the Telephone Preference Service list (which I genuinely am), yet the chap on the other end seemed rather uninterested in my request and insisted I hear him out. I warned him that I would file a complaint if they persisted in contacting me, but unfortunately, that hasn't deterred them. The conversation revolved around PPI, which has been a persistent nuisance.
