They put me through to their "supervisor" after a bit, then a friendly sounding woman came on and asked for loads of personal info, which I gave but it was all made up. The call went on for about 20 minutes until she requested my bank details to arrange direct debit, but right then the line went dead. They then kept ringing me for the next 30 minutes or so!
