Somebody rang me saying they were from O2 and asked me to confirm my details, which seemed odd ‘cause they should already have that info if it was legit.

Got a call from some scammer trying to get my personal info. Definitely ignoring and not picking up calls like that again, total scam!

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2, saying I could get a new SIM to move up to 5G. They asked me to confirm my email and tried to send a text with some 6-digit code, but had trouble, so they brought in a “supervisor”. Then the supervisor sent me a text with a code that looked like it came from Microsoft. They also said I could get 20% off for a year because I was a “loyal customer”. I told them I thought it was a scam and they denied it. I ended the call and got four more calls from them after that, which I ignored.
