1 yearSomeone rang me claiming to be from O2 and shockingly had all my security info down pat. They knew my full debit card number, date of birth, address, phone number - basically everything personal. They even mentioned how much I owed and the exact package I was on, things only O2 and I would know. I’m convinced they must have somehow hacked my account or stolen info directly from O2. This person then managed to hijack all my email accounts, tried to buy a new phone in my name and even attempted to take money from my bank.
