They rang me up knowing my full name, where I live, and even my email. The caller said they were from Tesco Bank’s Fraud department, warning me about some weird activity on my card, and said they’d cancel it soon. They already had the first few numbers of my credit card and asked me to confirm the rest so they could block it. I said I’d just look up their number online to check if it was legit, and then they just hung up on me.

Don’t hand over a single penny to these lot. I almost got ripped off for more than £500 by them. They sound really polite and talk like they know what they're doing, following some fancy script to trick you. Definitely scammers, no doubt about it.
