They keep ringing but I just don't pick up cause I reckon it's some kind of scam.

I received a call from someone with a really thick foreign accent, and it sounded like they were in a bustling call centre. They inquired about any housing issues I might be facing, such as leaks or damp spots. Honestly, I couldn’t be bothered with their nonsense any longer, so I cut the conversation short and added their number to my block list!

Avoid answering calls claiming to be from Norton; they’re just trying to scam you and get into your system. Don’t let them in under any circumstances.

Got a call that was definitely a scam. As soon as I asked who they were representing, they just ended the call. It seemed like the call was coming from a UK number but probably routed through some call centre in India. Honestly, I don't get why the phone companies and the police haven't been able to track these things down and stop them from coming through the network. It's so frustrating!

Just got a call on my landline from 02081331421. Some Indian lady rang me saying something about a water leak issue at my place. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and asked where she heard that. Suddenly she said “Never mind” and ended the call. Definitely seems like a scam to me. Best to block this number.

Sounds like a scam to me. They rang up saying they were from some home repair company, asking if I had any damp, mould, or cracks and said they could help if your landlord wasn't. As soon as I told them I wasn't interested, they just hung up straight away - bit of a red flag if you ask me.

Had a call from a robotic female voice that couldn’t actually answer when I asked something. It said it was a housing association dealing with issues I supposedly raised. Thing is, I don’t even live in London or in any housing association accommodation. Definitely a scam.

An Asian gentleman rang me up claiming that I had lodged a complaint about damp and leaks in a rental property, suggesting that I'd have all the necessary repairs sorted and wouldn’t have to pay any rent. The thing is, I don’t actually live in a rented place! I decided to entertain him for a bit, but when I confronted him about his deception, he became quite rude and abruptly ended the call. What a cheek!
