I just had to deal with TEG Repairs for my gearbox and honestly, they were pretty good. If you’re having gearbox trouble, they’re worth a look. Solid service from these guys.

Lately ive been getting loads of scam calls, which is really annoying. I usually just ignore them though, but its annoying cuz my call log is just filled with em.

I saw an unknown number ringing so I decided not to answer and let it go to voicemail, but since there was no message, I figured it was probably some sort of spam or telemarketer trying their luck.

These constant calls have got to end, it's really getting outta hand.

I got a call from +44 20 8129 9440 claiming to be from Sky but they never gave any proper name or ID to prove it. I didn’t agree with a thing they said and just hung up straight away. Pretty sure it’s a scam because they record the calls - probably to catch people’s bank info if they slip up. If you get a ring from this number, don’t trust what they say and be super cautious!

Got a call out of the blue, just ignored it and didn’t answer.

Some bloke called saying he was from my mobile network - never said which though - trying to flog me a new Samsung for £30. While he was on the phone, I quickly looked up the number here and found it was dodgy. I called him out saying it looked like a scam line, and he just dropped the call right away. These sorts of people are a pain, but I do enjoy messing with them a bit to waste their time. Maybe next time I’ll keep quiet about knowing the number’s dodgy. At this point, if I hear an Indian accent on these calls, it’s pretty much a scam in my book.

Got a call from someone saying they were from the Vodafone network but the line was rubbish, sounded like a dodgy VOIP call from India. Total scam, just like all those other phishing calls. Only reason I picked up was because it’s my work phone number, not much choice really!

Got a dodgy call from someone saying they were from 'Wodafone Network' but the line was so sketchy, sounded like some cheap Indian VOIP scam.

I tried to check if they were actually with EE, but as soon as I asked, they just ended the call.

Got a call from a man with an Indian accent pretending to be Matthew, claiming he was ringing from O2 Telefonica. He told me I qualified for a discount code on my bill. When he asked if I had paper and pen ready to jot it down, I told him to just apply it straightaway. Then he said that wasn’t possible and asked for my email address instead. I told him there’s no way I’d give that info out, so he started going on about how without it, I couldn’t get the discount. The call ended with me calling him a scammer and hanging up.

Like the earlier comment said, they didn't leave a message. Probably just some random cold call or scam, since we don't know anyone in London.

Got a call claiming to be from EE, saying they could knock 30% off my bill. As soon as I started asking some stuff, they just ended the call. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
