Got a call from someone saying they were with 02, but it was a dead giveaway it was a scam, probably from India. When I asked if it was a scam, they got all defensive and kinda rude - no proper 02 employee would behave like that! I even rang the number back, and they picked up immediately saying it was ‘02’, which is fishy considering a big company like that would have a proper call routing system. On top of that, they tried calling me back twice straight after - definitely not something an actual 02 call centre would do.
