This guy called me, claimed he was from some online support service, and said the company is shutting down so they can’t help me anymore. I just said oh no and put the phone down. The dude's name was Jason, had a pretty strong Asian accent. He did know my name but struggled to say it right (it’s English, so not sure why). Blocked the number now since I have zero clue who they were.
