Honestly, I'd say just ignore it, it's definitely a scam.

I picked up the phone and there was a bunch of noise going on behind the caller, which made me think they were caught off guard that someone actually answered. Eventually, they said they were calling from ‘02 Network’ about some promotion they were doing. It sounded a lot like other dodgy calls I've had before, so I just hung up straight away.
