After looking up the number on the internet, I decided not to ring back.4 yearsDefinitely not a real O2 number. I got the same call a couple of times from a couple of different numbers, saying you could get 40% off your bill if you give them a code they send you by text. (Don’t do it! It lets them into your account). This time I said I’m not even with O2, told them I knew it was dodgy, and the bloke just told me to bugger off - lovely attitude, huh?4 yearsI wasn’t really convinced, they claimed to be from O2 and were offering some 40% off my phone bill out of the blue.
