Got a call from this number today, then shortly after received an email claiming to be from PayPal saying they'd charged me £895.49 in Bitcoin as confirmation of a purchase. Totally suspicious, so I've blocked them now.

I reckon this number might be linked to some phishing scams. I've seen similar ones cropping up with dodgy emails trying to fish for info. Would be careful if you get a call from here.
