Please, whatever you do, don’t reveal any personal information, particularly your username when they frame it as a security query. It may seem like common sense, but these fraudsters are quite convincing; they'll claim your account has been compromised. They’ll insist on sending you a link to reset your online password and will request your username. If you inadvertently share your username and then click on their dodgy link to change your password, they’ll have access to your account and can wipe it clean.
