I got one of those recorded messages too. My advice? Get yourself a loud whistle and call the number back, but make sure to hide your own number first. Then as soon as they pick up, blow the whistle as loud as you can right into the phone. Maybe if it’s loud enough to annoy them, they’ll quit this daft nonsense.
