someone called pretending to be from a travel company, but it was a total 419 scam, trying to cheat me out of money.

got a call earlier supposedly from fonehouse trying to sell me a sim-only deal for £8 a month with unlimited data. they wanted £10 in advance and asked for loads of personal info, all sounded fishy and like a scam to steal my card details and identity. the caller’s english was awful too. definitely just block these numbers and tell folks it’s a scam!

I received a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming to be from Car Phone Warehouse. When I requested her to take my number off their list, she became quite rude. Then an Indian gentleman joined the conversation, and he told me to "get lost" repeatedly. What a bunch of morons! Total scam! Best to block that number.

These folks are nothing but frauds; they're just after your banking information. Once they’ve got that, you're in deep trouble. Do yourself a favour and keep your details to yourself. Apparently, they're operating out of Lahore in Pakistan, so steer clear!
