They had previously told me, around three months ago, that I was eligible for some compensation. On the 5th of December, 2013, they rang to say that my claim had been successful. They insisted that I purchase Ukash vouchers to cover their 25% fee, promising that a courier would soon deliver my payment. However, after I followed through and made the purchase, the courier never arrived. I tried reaching them again, but found that there was no answer to my calls. What steps should I take next?
