Got hit by one of those bogus eBay scams. I got an email saying I bought a MacBook for £2149, but it’s all a load of rubbish. Just ignore it and definitely don’t ring the number they give.

I think this is a total ebay rip-off.

I never got a call from this number, but it showed up on a bogus EBAY order confirmation email. It’s definitely scammers using it. The message asks you to ring them if you didn’t make the purchase (which I didn’t), trying to freak you out by saying you’ll be charged [I saw a ridiculous amount, £1359.21]. Truth is, no money will be taken, they just want to steal your info like usual. Just ignore it and don’t call back!
