My gran's been rung up a couple of times now by someone saying they're from the fraud department, claiming her bank account's been compromised. We phoned the bank who confirmed it's a total scam. It really shook her up, especially when she said she didn't believe the caller and he started yelling at her. Any idea how we might get this stopped?

Got a call claiming to be from the fraud squad, trying to scam my elderly mum. She might've shared a bit too much without realising. Just to be safe, I've put a hold on her bank account since I don't know what they're after. Proper nasty tactic - watch out everyone.

Got a call saying it was from HSBC fraud team, bothering my old mum. She might've told them more than she should of. To be safe, I've frozen her bank account since I don't really trust what they're after. Such a nasty way to treat people. Watch out!

So annoying! They called saying they were from Lloyds Bank fraud team, trying to trick vulnerable people. When I asked them for my account number, they just ended the call straight away. Proper shady behaviour!
