Back on Saturday 19th December 2021, I got a call from an Indian woman who sounded quite muffled, although her English was decent. She claimed she was from Carphone Warehouse and was offering some kind of Christmas deal on iPhones. She went on to ask which mobile network I was using, which made me a bit wary. The caller ID showed the name Mark Allen. I told her I wasn’t interested, thanked her for the call, and then ended it.
