Got a call from a woman who spoke English badly, said she was from BT tech support. She told us our IP was under attack and asked for our password. We told her we’d ring back later. She gave us the number 0800800150. Turns out this number is linked to loads of BT scams (check out other comments here). We didn’t bother calling them back.
