Got a call from 02081083642, sounded like a woman with a Canadian accent and it was a prerecorded message. She said something about HER Majesty’s customs and excise department and that a letter I had was returned. They warned that they would take action and told me to PRESS 1 to talk to an officer. The giveaway? The “HER” pronunciation - total scam. Just hung up immediately. This is actually the second time this week I’ve had a call like this but from a different number!
