I got a ring from 0208 103 1894, some folks saying they were from this company called AST. They started asking about a car accident claim from March, where apparently someone crashed into my vehicle. They mentioned that the other person was saying they had a slight injury, and weirdly said I was in the car listening to Boyzone at the time. I just laughed and told them that was rubbish since I wasn’t even in the car - it was parked right outside my house. Right after that, the caller just cut me off and ended the call.

This number called me again today. They claimed to be from "First Response Legal" and somehow had loads of details about an old accident I had. Then I got passed onto a bloke who kept pushing me to admit I was hurt in the crash. He barely let me speak and said I'd be moved to someone else who would get my info. After that, they said they'd send paperwork for me to complete. Apparently, it would take a few months but I'd get a nice payout, something in the thousands, because of the injuries. I kept telling him I wasn't injured and that he was bothering me now, then I just ended the call.

I got a call from someone who knew about a recent accident and wanted me to verify some stuff. But when I asked where they got my info, they just went quiet and ended the call. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Heads up, mate. Got a call from someone saying they were "first response." Told them I hadn’t got a clue who they were. Then they started talking about an incident, even gave the exact date, but I just said I was tied up and ended the call. I blocked the number through BT and did a quick search online. Found out “First Response” is a pregnancy test brand and there’s a “First Response Finance” in Glasgow with an 0141 number. So this 02081031894 is definitely not legit!
