I recently had a phone call from someone claiming to be Ken, supposedly linked to BT Broadband. When I informed him that we don't actually use BT services, his response was utterly appalling-he just started cursing at me, saying all sorts of offensive things. It's absolutely ridiculous! I now wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding this kind of aggressive cold calling behaviour.
