He informed me that he was representing an organisation linked to the local Council, supposedly for household maintenance. He then inquired whether I was still experiencing issues with my roof, to which I responded that there were absolutely no problems at all. To my surprise, he abruptly ended the call without so much as a courtesy goodbye. Quite offhanded, if you ask me. It raised some red flags-seems rather dodgy!Council2 yearsGot a call earlier but no voicemail or anything. Pretty sure it was that housing repair lot pestering again. They just keep ringing and ringing.
