I received a rather unsettling call from someone named Nick Carter, who seemed to know an alarming amount about me. This rather persistent gentleman claimed to be from a company called PC Fix and was adamant that my computer was at risk due to some supposed Windows issue. However, when I asked him who my internet service provider was, he couldn't provide an answer, which raised a red flag for me. I decided it was best to end the conversation right there.
