A foreign gentleman rang us up, claiming to be from Microsoft. He mentioned they had uncovered some corrupted files on our machine and wanted us to follow some commands to sort out the issue. When we asked how they obtained our phone number, he said that Microsoft has access to all such information. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
