Looks like a proper scam from Block Chain UK Ltd, pretending they’ve got the FCA’s backing. They’re going after folks who’ve supposedly fallen victim to earlier crypto trading cons. Their pitch is all about creating a ‘wallet’ to unblock the frozen or dodgy funds in the blockchain, but you’ve got to pay a small fee upfront just to get the wallet going. The guy on the other end seemed pretty sharp, like he knew his stuff and was well trained, using some fancy algorithm or something. Very sneaky operation overall.
