It’s really messing with our business since we’re busy trying to take real orders but keep getting interrupted. The caller switches numbers a lot, mostly landlines, but today they rang from a withheld number. When I asked who had arranged the replacement, he mentioned NPower. Thing is, NPower has never been our energy provider. Since we had our meter checked less than a year ago and definitely don’t use NPower, I called him out as a scammer and ended the call.
