Got a call from someone named ‘Marta’ working in some call centre, but she was shouting so much I couldn’t understand a word she said. She rambled on about me supposedly signing up for a financial service but not finishing the application. Asked me why I hadn’t, and kept going on about how great her company was - except she never actually said what the company was called. Quite strange really.

I got a call from someone called Marta who claimed to be from the quality team, but she didn’t bother telling me which company she represented. Apparently, she said I wasn’t being polite.

This lady kept pushing some online trading stuff on me, and when I said I wasn't bothered, she started saying I didn’t know anything about it. Then she questioned why I supposedly signed up for financial services and trading emails, which I never did. She insisted she was positive I was interested. Honestly, she was quite rude and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways.
