I tend to pick up the phone, as they clearly have my number. Like many other scam calls, there’s often this irritating background chatter from others in what seems to be the same call centre. Sometimes they can't even get my name right, often just opting for my first name instead. If you do answer, it’s best to keep silent, and they’ll typically hang up before long. This isn't a legitimate Sky number at all. It's actually a spoofed line employed by scammers! The person on the other end attempted to fish for my banking information.
