Got calls from people pretending to be from Virgin Media, trying to get me to pay for fake deals. They ended up sending me letters pretending they're from my bank, warning about some fraud or scam investigation and asking me to ring them back. When you do, they try to get you to give more bank card info and then wipe your account. Don't give them anything! Make sure to report these scammers and their numbers to the police, your phone company, UK cyber security teams, social media sites and sites like this for checking numbers.
