So, this number 00473715811 rang my Norwegian phone, asked if it was me by name, then just dropped the call. I rang back and heard a message about having ‘successfully installed asterix’ or something like that, then I hung up. Now I’m kinda worried I might’ve picked up some sort of virus or malware. Bit sketchy, really.

I keep getting calls from these pushy firms trying to scam me with their get rich quick investment deals. It's so annoying how they won't just leave me alone.

Some bloke rang saying he was from some investment firm and that I’d apparently asked for a callback (which I definitely hadn't). As soon as I said I wasn’t interested, he cut the call dead quick.

My phone got a call from 02080971926 but it only lasted around 5 seconds and then cut off. When I dialled them back, all I got was a recorded message saying ‘congratulations you have successfully installed asterisk’. I didn’t hang about and just ended the call straight away. I’d say this call seems dodgy, so I’d rate it as dangerous.
