I kept getting calls from 02080970225, 02080970228 and 02090247888 but when I didn’t pick up, they rang me from a new number. They said I had downloaded software I never agreed to. Doesn't this seem like a GDPR violation to anyone else?

this number has been ringing me non-stop today. the guy on the phone said he’s a doctor and mentioned some appointment i supposedly booked. problem is, i haven’t set up any appointment with a doctor. he wanted me to verify my address, but i chose not to share it. definitely seems a bit dodgy to me.
