Proper unpleasant bloke, really stuck up. Rang my place and ended up being quite nasty to both me and the missus. Honestly, he seemed odd, way too brash and pushy for no good reason. Got a call from John at Homestyle, and honestly he was pretty pushy and quite rude. He kept pushing his sales pitch and wouldn’t accept no for an answer. It’s annoying because he rings daily, cold calling like there’s no tomorrow.

So, I got a call from a nice woman asking a few basic questions about how I might use money for fixing up my house. She was obviously just doing her job, so I answered her brief, general questions and ended the chat politely. Not long after, a different caller rang about home renovations but quickly turned really rude and pushy, so I ended the call. Then he kept ringing again and again, about three times in a short span. I picked up on the fourth time, and he started shouting at me because I wouldn’t say who I was without him explaining the reason for his call first.

They were supposed to come round for a quote but missed the appointment. Honestly, I’m relieved they didn’t show up because they rang back today trying to reschedule. When I asked if we could do it after the new year, the person said they were busy but could do tonight. I replied I’d wait till after the holidays, and then they just hung up on me. Quite rude if you ask me!
