I got a call from someone claiming to be EE, saying they wanted to upgrade my SIM to this new 5G super fast service. They kept asking for my EE account info, but I didn’t give them anything. Turns out, it’s a total scam where they use your details to make orders and steal money from you. Definitely don’t share any info if you get a call like that! Just block the number or hang up if they mention a SIM upgrade. It’s really not worth dealing with all that faff.
