Then, on the 21st September, they rang again from the same number and also from 02080972698. She said our meter needed replacing because it’s not capable enough. She wouldn't share the complete supply number when I asked, which felt dodgy. When I requested her contact number, it was different from the one she rang me on. I told her I'd double-check with my energy company. Heads up, they’re quite pushy and won’t easily take no for an answer.
