kept getting calls from this number trying to push me into some online trading scheme, feels very dodgy to me. i’m pretty sure it’s some kind of scam. gonna report it to action fraud uk for sure.

They rang me about a dozen times yesterday. Every time I answered, there was absolute silence, then after a bit, I’d hear some kind of noise in the back but no one would say a word. I told them to get lost, but I didn’t expect that to mean bringing in even more callers to bother folks all day and into the evening.

this number has rung me a couple of days running now. i wasn’t expecting it and accidentally picked up. the person on the line used my first name like we were mates, so i thought it might be someone i’m familiar with. i politely requested to be taken off their list, but the guy replied with a bit of attitude, asking ‘why would i bother doing that’? i told him i didn’t know who he was, and he shot back, ‘so you’re saying anyone who doesn’t know you can just ring you then’? i ended the call straight away.

Got calls from them like 4 times within just 15 mins. Last week I picked up once and they tried talking about my investments, but I dont have any! How is this even allowed under GDPR? Feels like our number is all over a bunch of different lists or something. Proper annoying!

I keep getting calls from some annoying lady who somehow got hold of my name from some sketchy list. I told her to take my name off their records, but the phone just keeps ringing. She even started talking in Welsh at one point, but it didn't stop her at all. It's really frustrating, and could be quite risky if you’re behind the wheel!

I got a call from some trading firm, it begins with a pause then all this noise like a busy call centre. They actually called me by name and started chatting about my trading stuff. I told them to remove my number and hung up, but they keep calling me like 6 or 7 times every single day.
