7 yearsLike others here, I got a call claiming thanks for supporting a nearby school based on some deal we supposedly made in 2018. They asked what name we wanted on a thank you certificate and which school it was for. Then came the shocker - apparently we owed £299, but luckily they were knocking off £50! I have no clue about any of this or agreeing to it, even back in 2018, as I never agree to anything over the phone.
