Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, she started asking me really personal stuff out of the blue. Felt a bit off, like not something a stranger should ask. Bit weird, honestly.

Got a phone call on the 2nd of September from 02089885485. The bloke claimed he was from BT and said my internet was running slow, telling me to check all the gadgets around the house. When I asked for the exact speed, he said he needed to check it first. I told him if it’s too slow just sort it out then. Next thing I know, he just hangs up - definitely not getting what they wanted from me! How do you even figure out if these calls are legit or just some scam?

Got a call from someone telling me I had roof insurance, and because I hadn't made any claims, I'd supposedly get half off my next payment. First off, I’d never bother insuring the roof, and my husband always takes care of that kind of stuff. What really freaked me out was that he seemed to know my password and card info. Surely someone’s trading these private details. This is just not right.
